Using a secure 256 bit SSL encrypted connection we can log directly into your computer and assist with all your DVR/NVR networking issues including setup, DDNS, Port forwarding & Smartphone connection. We use secure screen-sharing technology to enable us to easily view and remotely control a computer during a networking support session.

How it works
LogMeIn Rescue software uses secure screen-sharing technology to enable our technical team to easily view and remotely control a computer during a networking support session.


What you need to do:

  • Ensure an engineer is on site.
  • Make sure your computer and DVR are connected to the same router with internet access.
  • Ensure you have your router username and password details. (Please note: This is not your Wi-Fi password).
